Court Booking Terms & Conditions
Please review these rules carefully before confirming your court reservation.
1. Booking Eligibility
Court bookings are available to registered Paddle Up and Dink customers. You may book available slots up to 7 days in advance. Guests browsing without an account can view availability, but must log in or create an account to confirm a reservation.
2. Reservation and Payment
Selecting a slot creates a temporary hold. Your reservation is not confirmed until payment is completed successfully. Unpaid holds expire after 30 minutes and the court may be released to other players.
3. Booking Time
Court bookings are sold in hourly blocks. Arrive ready to play at your scheduled start time and finish promptly so the next group can begin on schedule.
4. Check-in
Check-in opens 20 minutes before your scheduled start. Bring a valid booking confirmation (digital or QR) and follow staff instructions at the front desk.
5. Court Usage
Use only the court(s) and time window you reserved. Wear proper non-marking court shoes, keep food and glass off the playing surface, and follow all posted facility rules and staff directions.
6. Guests and Players
You are responsible for every player in your party. Share these Terms with your guests and ensure everyone follows club conduct, safety, and equipment rules.
7. Rebooking
When rebooking is available in your account, you may move a confirmed booking to another eligible slot while the rebooking window is still open. Rebooking closes 4 hours before your scheduled start time. Rebooking may be limited in frequency and must keep the same paid court price when required by the system.
8. Cancellation
Confirmed court bookings follow a no-refund / no-transfer policy unless management expressly approves an exception. Abandoned unpaid holds are cancelled automatically when they expire.
9. Late Arrival / No-show
Late arrival does not extend your reserved time. No-shows forfeit the booking and payment under the club’s standard policy. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
10. Liability and Court Rules
Play at your own risk. Paddle Up and Dink is not liable for personal injury, lost or stolen items, or damage arising from misuse of courts or equipment, except where required by law. Dangerous play, harassment, or disregard for staff instructions may result in removal without refund.
