Choose a branch, pick a date and available time slots on the timetable, review your booking summary, then confirm and complete payment. Your court is reserved only after payment succeeds.
Open Play is shared session time with other players. Pick a date, select an afternoon or evening session with open slots, add guests if needed, then pay to confirm your spot.
Court bookings and Open Play can be reserved up to 1 week ahead. Fully booked days and unavailable times are blocked automatically.
Confirmed bookings follow a no-refund / no-transfer policy. Rebooking to another available slot may be allowed until the rebooking cutoff before your scheduled start time.
Yes. Log in (or create an account) to book courts or Open Play online, track your reservations, and complete payment. Walk-in bookings can also be created by staff at the front desk.
