Open Play Eligibility
Open Play reservations are available to registered customers. The logged-in account is included as a player by default. Sessions and availability follow the published Open Play schedule.

Reservation and Payment
Open Play is priced at ₱100 per player, plus a ₱5 online booking fee per player for online reservations. Your spot is not confirmed until payment succeeds. Unpaid holds expire after 30 minutes.
3.
Player Capacity
Each session holds up to 32 players. You may add guests only while capacity remains. If a session fills, additional players cannot be added until space opens.
4.
Session Schedule
Arrive on time for your selected afternoon or evening session. Session start and end times are fixed; late arrivals do not receive extended play time.
5.
Player Conduct
Open Play is social rotation play. Introduce yourself, keep rallies moving, call balls fairly, respect waiting players, and yield the court when your group finishes. Harassment or unsportsmanlike conduct is not allowed.
6.
Rebooking
You may move an Open Play reservation to another session while rebooking is still open, subject to capacity and system rules. Rebooking closes 4 hours before your scheduled start time.
7.
Cancellation
Confirmed Open Play reservations follow the club no-refund / no-transfer policy unless management expressly approves an exception.
8.
Late Arrival / No-show
Late arrivals may miss rotation opportunities and still count toward session capacity. No-shows forfeit the reservation and payment under club policy.
9.
Court and Equipment Rules
Wear proper court shoes and use equipment safely. Follow staff guidance on court assignment, rotation, and shared gear. Damaged facility property may be charged to the responsible player.
10.
Liability and Safety
Participate at your own risk. Paddle Up and Dink is not liable for injury, illness, or lost belongings except where required by law. Follow all safety instructions and leave the court immediately if asked by staff.
